How it Works
We approach each System in a case by case manner, depending on the specific hard disk that you own and the configuration of the computer, the process may vary.  Below is an outline of our standard procedures.
In the first instance we image all disks.  This makes sure that the integrity of your original disk is kept intact.
Then we work with the hard disk image to process the system by extracting the data.
Hard drive systems support different interfaces. Some of the interfaces supported include: PATA Hard Drives, SATA Hard Drives, Portable Hard Drives, Mobile Hard Drives, IDE Hard Drives, SATA Hard Drives, SATA II Hard Drives, SATA 2 Hard Drives, SATA III Hard Drives, SATA 3 Hard Drives, eSATA Hard Drives, SAS Hard Drives, SCSI Hard Drives, iSCSI Hard Drives, ESDI Hard Drives, Fibre Channel Hard Drives, USB Hard Drives, Firewire Hard Drives and PCMCIA Hard Drives.

Step 1
Contact us to make arrangements to drop off your disk/s.  We accept parcels by post or alternatively you can arrange to drop your disk/s off in person at one of our offices, if they are local to you.

Advice for Sending the Disk/s via Post or Courier
